STEM Workshop Event

On Saturday, April 17th, MDC Iowa will be hosting a STEM workshop event at the Soul Book Nook in Waterloo, IA. With the support of Veridian Credit Union, everyone that registers will receive a free STEM kit and t-shirt. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce young people of color to the wonderful world of STEM and encourage them to consider a degree or career path that will improve diversity in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. #diversityinSTEM
