Featured Friday! This week on Featured Friday we celebrate James Sandifer from the Iowa City Police Department. James is a dedicated, compassionate, and relentless advocate for positive change from within the organization. He was vulnerable, honest, and a little bit nervous for an unscripted conversation about his path to becoming an officer and why he believes we need more black, indigenous, people of color in law enforcement.
